Shipping Availability
Sam Howard Showroom currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; estimated timelines will be provided when applicable.

Shipping Methods
Packages are shipped via major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on speed, reliability, and package size.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. While carrier handling is beyond my control, I will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
